Wireless camera won’t sync

Hi.
I’ve had my Arlo Pro set up for about 6 months now. After a period of not using the device, about 2 months, I noticed the camera battery was dead. After a full recharge the camera was no longer synced. I have followed all instructions and I am still having trouble. The green LED on the base station blinks and the blue LED on the camera blinks slow (looking for base) and then fast (syncing to base) but then the base LED turns Amber and the camera is not connected. All other posts I have seen on the page people don’t have the blue LED signaling the synchronization, but I do. It blinks for a while before it “fails” (I guess). I tried to remove the device and restart but it still isn’t working. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If the base Camera LED goes amber after syncing, it may be that the camera is too far from the base or the signal is being blocked somehow. Try power cycling the base, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync. Verify that all firmware is up to date (old firmware causes problems). What are the LEDs on both the base and camera showing?
