The minimum temperation is -4°F (-20°C): https://www.arlo.com/en_gb/support/faq/000051490/How-do-I-keep-my-Arlo-batteries-charged-in-cold-wea...
The camera won't be damaged if you leave it outside - it should simply shut down if it gets too cold.

The Pro cam is good to about -4F
As a side note, you can only charge battery if it is above 32F... either bring inside or swap a battery ( which is easiest )
PS... re below, I've had the Arlo HD cameras work to -10F , with rechargeable 123 cells.
Because of the kinds of batteries they use, the minimum operating temperature for Arlo Wire-Free cameras is 14°F (-10°C), while the minimum operating temperature for Arlo Ultra, Pro 3, Pro 2, Pro, and Go cameras is -4°F (-20°C). The Arlo Solar Panel's operating temperature range is 32° to 122°F (0° to 50°C).Sep 23, 2019
