Will siren trigger from cameras of BS1 be able to activate siren at BS2 and so on?

I have one BS (BS1) with 4 wireless cameras and 1 Arlo Q at the Pool House. The Q has great signal through my wireless extender box. But, will not be adequate for the cold winter months and will not activate siren on BS1. If I were to add a BS (BS2) in the Pool house and use a wireless camera that's linked to BS2, will it be able to trigger sirens on both BS1 & BS2?
Or is there a way to link sirens on 2 or more Base Stations?

TMK, No.... the siren will only sound from the base station the camera is linked to
