Will Camera auto reconnect to base station if removed from area?

Will an Arlo Pro Camera automacticlly reconnect to the base station if it is removed from the home area and reintroduced ?

Example:

The camera is mounted to a car dashboard, parked on the street at nights.  The cars drives away in the morning and reparks in the afternoon. Does the camera and base station reconnect automactically without setup?

Yes it will reconnect when back in range.

While inside the car it will only record movement inside the car and not through the window.

If moved out of range of the base and kept there for many hours, it will continually be searching for the base which would flatten the battery quite quickly.

As a PS; after a certain number of hours unsync'ed, Unknown time, the camera may just lose sync ( I 've had it happen a few times ) and will not resync when back in range... you'd have to test this.

Either way as mentioned, the battery will suffer ( but if a Pro or Pro2 , you can use a car usb adapter to run the camera ( but it will not charge battery )
