All of my cameras have stopped working including my base system and all say offline. Despite on the website that it says you can continue to use you cameras even if no longer supported by Arlo for software updates (which seems like it goes against NZ consumer law) and if had 7 days of recordings this would remain. I paid a fair bit of money for my Arlo system and now can’t get it to operate without purchasing a very expensive plan when it was sold to me 7-8 years ago as a having a free plan indefinitely. Have others had the same issues? Also can’t get through on chat or local phone number and left a message too but no reply.

Offline is different from being turned off, etc. Did you recently get migrated from the old UI that uses Library to view recordings to the new one that uses Feed? Some other folks with legacy systems have reported similar issues. Have you tried power cycling the base? What are the base LEDs showing? Are you getting any notifications?
