Why has it, for 3 days or so, been taking the library soooo long to load? and after a new video appears, it takes up to 10 minutes to reload the ones I have already loaded once. It takes an hour just to load 1 days' worth of video to review it, and don't even think about trying to watch 1 video or you'll be stuck waiting.

I can go anywhere on net and immediately watch a video so it is not my connection.

Alo, the site freezes up if I try to escape the painful loading and try to go back to cameras, mode or just log out. I end up closing my browser just to end the pain.

What is going on with this? I am wasting so much time just to load library! I think they mess with our accts if we complain. Never in 3 1/2 yrs have I had this much trouble with this system.

I haven't seen any unusual slowdown. Have you tried chatting with support?
