Why does the video looks hazy in infrared mode

The video looks hazy after I added a skin without hood on one of my arlo pro cameras. My other cameras without a skin don't have this issue.

Does the skin coer part of the infra red lightings? IR lights are in front of the camera and could be interfering with the skin. Dou Maibe it bounces off of the skin and causes a sort of lens flaire

Pull of the hood and retest.... prob as mentioned , the IR illuminator bounce-back
