Why am I getting the mesage.
THE CHARGING SOURCE CONNECTED TO THE CAMERA CANNOT CHARGE YOUR BAT. PLEASE USE AN ARLO POWER ADAPTER
I AM USING ONE!!

Calm down and use lower case.
We need details as to what camera, what power supply, what you've tried, etc,
You can alsways use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

There are several problems that could give you this message. The most common one is the battery needs to be taken completely for a short time then reinserting it and making sure that the bettery is securely in place. Another is that the charging cable is not completely seated.
Try googling this message. I found two pages of fixes, (and not fixes), in this forum.

CTW-Cameras,
Is this an intermittent issue or does your camera always display this error whenever your camera is plugged in? Are you using an Arlo Solar Panel or the included ac adapter and charging cable?

Get the error on all camera. Seems to be a bad adapter. Netgear is sending a replacement.
