Why am I limited to 5 cameras? I have one at home and one at my business. Can someone tell me why? Any help would be appreciated

Hi @Rvespaz

Please find the KB article pertaining subscriptions below. This article provides further details regarding subscription options.

What are the available Arlo subscription plans and how much cloud recording is available?

It is hard to understand the problem.

Two separate locations, means that they are unlikely to be on the same hub/base station.

Do you mean that you are trying to access two systems from one mobile device?

Yes I have 2 separate base stations at 2 different locations? I thought 5 cameras at each base station was the limit. The app is limiting me to 5 total cameras for both.

No, it's always been stated that each ACCOUNT is limited to 5 cameras. There's nothing new here.

You can create a new account using a second email address for one system. That way you get 5 cameras for each account. Use Settings, Grant Access to see all cameras in one login.
