When will the charging station for the arlo pro batteries be available?

Hello,

Can you guys give any kind time table for when to expect the chargining station? Or is it possible to say why it's not being produced?

You cannot say that you guys are working on a problem without at least telling us that there is a problem, because there are chargining stations being used by people already so they do work, right? 

I need some kind of help on this because I cannot keep taking a camera down to charge it, which makes me take a camera offline, and not serve its purpose....

The Arlo Pro Charging station is showing in stock on Amazon and other users have indicated availability through other retailers as well.
