When I'm viewing Pro Live feed, how come it won't record any movement unless I stop viewing?

when I'm on the arlo site and I'm viewing a live feed off a camera and if there is any movement while I'm viewing Live, it does Not record unless I stop viewing Live.?

It's always been that way, as designed. That's why there's the manual record icon when live viewing so you can capture what's going on.
