Are you using an Android phone or an iPhone or what?

Either way, try removing the app and reinstall.

Im using an Android.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app just now but it continues to give the 'internal error' message when trying to set up the Geo fence.

Maybe someone here that has set up geofencing on an android phone can chime in here or you can contact Customer Support at the green banner near the bottom of this page. I googled your question and there were a few people who solved their problem in various ways.

In the meantime, does your address have any non-alphanumeric characters in it or use a special format?

Another solution was to disable every device you have in the Geofencing area, hit save and re-enable them.

As mentioned, does your address have any special characters? If so, try removing the special characters and see if you still experience the same error.
