So, I had to respond in a new thread since they closed the old thread from replies.
One person responds that the email preview works in Gmail, and the Arlo Mod immediately responds to suggest the problem is resolved... honestly! Ignore everyone's posts for over a year, then suddenly think it is resolved when it was never a problem in Gmail, but in dedicated email apps such as Outlook!!
That was just.....sad. No wonder I've stopped purchasing Arlo products.

Exactly.
Not only did they do that, I USE Outlook and Outlook Mobile.
It's still broken in both of them.
