I have a Samsung Galaxy core and when I try to download the Arlo phone app I get a message that the app will not work on my phone. Would a Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown (S767VL) work?

You can check the compatibility notes here for minimum OS versions but I believe Android 5.0 is needed.
