Washed out color on Arlo Pro

one of my cameras has washed out color in daytime mode like the sun is blinding the camera, do i need a new camera?

Possibly. Try reinstalling the battery to reset the camera.

Adding to the suggestion above, you might try swapping locations with a working camera. It could be something in the environment around that camera that is causing the issue.
