I have an Aro pro camera that I purchased back in March 2018. The battery does not charge in one unit but does in another so it’s obviously a bad charger. I try to contact support through chat but it just endlessly spins saying it’s connecting me to an agent. I’m getting super frustrated and don’t want to lose out on this because Arlo support is impossible to get a hold of.

Did you also try the phone number instead of chat?

The phone number stated that it should be used for the 90 day support as well as advanced tech support that has a fee associated. Is there a general support number?

The phone numbers listed in https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx are the general support ones. There's currently no charge at any point.
