Want to temporarily disable cameras. Can't do it as says "Need permission from admin."

Hello: With the old app I could go on and temporarily disable my cameras. I can't do that under the new app and when i go to Mode it says I need permission from the admin. Has to be abetter solution. Help would be appreciated

Are you using the primary account, or are you using a camera with an account what was granted access?
