Vmb4000 Arlo Base Station- can’t be found on App

Currently our base has green lights on the power, wifi, and cameras but for some reason when trying to add to the app, it can’t find it. I’ve ensured I’m on the same network and everything. Any ideas?

The green Camera LED is the clue - it thinks it's already claimed. If this is a new setup, hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot and try again.
