Videos cannot be played since new app update. Videos are only still pictures

Sine the recent update, all my cameras only capture still picture not videos. I cannot even access my old videos from the Cloud, What is going on with Arlo service?

What device are you using? And are you experiencing this issue through the web client?

I do have the same problem after the recent updates . I did try reset the box ,unplug the power , adjust the settings I the app . But nothing works videos just showing still image

Having same issue with iPhone xs. Videos are there but no movement. Same video on iPad works as it should.

Hey @emboy007,

 

Make sure you are running on the latest iOS version, which is iOS 12.1. And make sure you are running the latest Arlo app, which is version 2.6.1.
