Video records in black and white Arlo Pro VMB4000

Although my cameras usually work fine, sometimes one or more of them will record video in black and white. This is not dependent on night vision as it happens both day and night and has happened to all 3 cameras sometimes separately, sometimes at the same time. It goes back to recording in color on its own but may last a day or more. The attached image was recorded during the daytime. Firmware 1.092.0.19_26228 Base station firmware 1.12.0.1_27940 Mac OS 2.7.7

B/W or color depends on the light level the camera sees ( not night or day ).

i sometimes see B/W on overcast days.

But, it does look dark out of the sliding door/window  🙂

Thank you for that thought but it was daytime when this was recorded and the room itself had plenty of light. I will try to be more aware of how much light is in the room or outside as that is where my other 2 cameras are located. I will try to compare times when it goes to black and white with times it is in color. Thanks again.
