Yes, other videos will be after the event

If you ARMED the camera and you had motion detected record then videos would be in the Library

What do you mean? For live view you must be live.

To watch recordings you dont need to be live.

Not clear on what your asking

You can live view at at anytime. You can manually record at anytime. You can take a snapshot at anytime.

You can veiw any recordings you have at anytime.
