VMC4030 Arlo Pro wont detect movement

I have 3 VMC4030 Arlo Pro camera all work but one. It will nit detect movement. I can play live feed on it and it's charged, but won't connect... any ideas?

Can you clarify what is wrong?  If you can livestream the camera, then it must be connected.
