I have a VMB 4000 base station which is working fine, my two cameras I got with it around 5 years ago has now started playing up. Both ran out of charge and when I went to plug them in one flashed a blue light and then nothing, the other will only work when plugged in. I assume its the batteries so I guess thats my first question if anyones experienced this. Next given they are probably past there EOL which by Arlo standards is 4 years is it worth getting new batteries for these?
Hoping to fix them as they worked fine one minute, ran out of battery and now they don't work.
Thanks in advance.

It is recommended that you charge the battery when you get the 15% warning. If you let them get down below 1% the camera will not allow you to charge them for safety.

Depending on how long they have been flat, you may need several tries to get the battery to start charging.
