I never set up cloud recording and only wanted video recorded to USB stick. This worked fine for several years but that function has completely failed. I have tried several USB sticks now, formatted and "ready" but nothing records. Any suggestions?

   Try the formatting steps within this link and see if you are able to use the USB stick.

Also make sure the proper mode is selected and has appropriate rules.

Armed and formatted, rules seem fine...just nothing records. Very strange. Worked fine for years. Maybe I need a new base station?

Couple of things to try first:

  • a different USB stick
  • removing devices from your account, resetting the base with a paper clip, and then setting it up again.
