My hub will not connect to the internet and just has a solid amber light above the power symbol and that is it. I have tried to reset it and i thought it was a problem with my router but i have tried on another router also. I have also removed the device from my app also.

If the power LED is amber, nothing is going to work. If new, swap at the store. Otherwise, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for warranty support.
