Unable to add base station in ARLO app device add.

The VMB is connected to router through arlo supplied data cable.

The router offers both 2.4 ghz as well as 5 ghz and will establish connection at its own determination.

Believe the problem may be that the base station requires a separate named connection for 2.4 and 5.0 - they are currently named the same.

Thank you

Glen Duval

The wireless cameras only require Ethernet on the base. There's a WiFi connection between the base and cameras but it has nothing to do with your WiFi.

What are theLEDs on the base showing? You have to have green for both power and Internet or nothing will work. If using the app, the phone also has to be on your WiFi. Have you tried a web browser? Are you using a VPN?

All three lights are green,  after a few minutes the middle internet light blinks and then goes back to steady.

The router shows the VMB4000 connected  through Ethernet port via the via patch cable.
