Been having issues trying to synch my cameras to my base station. All it says on the app is that my base station is powered when it clearly isn’t. All lights are green except the camera synced (last light on the right) any ideas?

If the power and Internet LEDs are green, it's clearly powered on.
The easiest procedure to sync cameras is to briefly press the base sync button (don't hold it for 2 seconds) and then the camera sync button. The camera should blink slow blue followed by rapid blue. If not, make sure the battery is charged and that you get a blue flash when the battery is inserted.
Connecting the camera to AC power when syncing may also be useful.

Have tried plugging in while trying to sync. Had the same results. The amber light turns on after a few seconds of the camera trying to sync to the base station.

The camera LED turning amber after a few seconds of trying to sync isn't normal. AT this point I'd suggest using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
