I have two remote camera sets that have been up and running for over two years, one device says it’s offline, the other works perfectly. 

 

Under the the settings tab the device that’s not responding has a restart button that does not work, it is grayed out. The network it connected to says the device is active but the cameras are not responding to,the base station. I’m not at that location to power off and on.

 

thoughts ? Why is the restart button gray? The device that is online has a restart button that looks normal.

I have seen this before with an earlier software version.

The base appears to be offline but is not really (all lights are green)

the only solution here is to power cycle the base.
