Connected to router by ethernet cable. Internet light never comes on at all. Removed device but cant "add device" as no internet on base server.
Have confirmed ethernet cable is working.
Done all the power off and back on routines.
Held reset button for 10 + seconds... no activity on that one ....
The only active light is the power light.
NO idea what else to try . Help please...
Had for several years with no problem. Have had turned off for past months as it interfers with internet TV

Most likely a failed base station then. If so, you'll need to replace it. The VMB3000 is no longer manufactured - but any Arlo base or smarthub will work.
Note Arlo hasn't been part of Netgear since 2018.

The missing internet led indicator suggests that the connection between the base and router is missing.
Cable faulty, wrong port used on the router, check with the isp provider for any recent changes.
Easy check is to take the base to a friends house and plug in to their router.
