The base station keeps showing an amber light on the third logo. I already reset the base and tried to sync again. On my phone is says cameras are offline. Im not sure what else to do at this point.

Remove all devices found in Settings, MY Devices. Press the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber and let it reboot. WHen you get green LEDs for power and Internet, use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.  Any luck?
