I'm bought three of these black $25 outdoor charging cables for my Arlo system They worked great for about 6 months.

Now two will no longer charge using the power cord. I know it's the cords because I've tried different power cords and they charge fine.

I'm having no luck contacting Arlo support to start a warranty claim on the charging cables as I'm not a paid subscriber they will not talk to me.

Please help

Are the cables physically damaged in any way?

No there is no physical damage to the cables.
