VMA4400

I have one of my battteries (VMA 4400) that will charge but does not work in the camera.  The blue light comes on momentaraly than goes out like there is a bad conection.  All my othere batteries work fine.  It has been like this from the start.

Have you swapped the battery into another camera to determine if it is defective?

The battery could have one or two pins slightly out of spec thus not touching the contacts in that camera.

If it doesn't work in another camera and your system is under warranty, contact Customer Support at the green banner below.
