Using Powerline Ethernet with their Arlo Bridge

Is it safe to use Powerline Ethernet Adapters to extend the distance from the router to the bridge avoiding running 100 feet and longer ethernet cables underneath house to other rooms.

Off course I'm referring to Ethernet adapters that has a wired outlet/Access point.

I have done that. More like 30 feet than 100 feet. But if your mains circuit can hack it, I can see no problem.

I'm using one right now. As above, not the distance you need but should work fine.
