Using Arlo overseas

Hello,

I purchased an Arlo Pro and 2 cameras via Amazon for use at home in China. I soon realized that the power adapter does not convert (like Apple products do)... do you recommend a power converter? or do you offer different versions of the power adaptor.

The appropriate power adapter is included for the country in which the product is purchased. We don't recommend using a power converter as third party accessories could cause damage and void the warranty.
