The recent update has ruined the app. My doorbell is connected. However. My cameras connect to the hub but don't show on the app. Its so frustrating. Tried resetting everything. Please help 🙏

Are you now seeing Feed to view recordings (is that the update you're referring to)? Are you not seeing the cameras on Dashboard or Devices? WHat about Settings, Home, Devices?

Tried everything....

Cameras are connected to hub. Just won't show up on the new updated app 😒

You didn't answer @jguerdat's question.  Are you now seeing "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app menu?  Or are you instead seeing "Library"?

 

If your account was just migrated to "Feed", then the cameras will not show up on the Dashboard until you add a widget.  So first look at the "Devices' screen, and see if they show up there.

 

Also, are you using the primary account?  Or are you using a "Friend" account?

Did you need to add back the hub?  Or did it just stay in the list?

We added it back. 

Can't connect anything to the hub now. After resetting everything and reinstalling app.....

Did you try all three methods of syncing?

  1. app "Add Device"
  2. my.arlo.com "Add Device"
  3. manual "push button" sync
