Good afternoon.  I had some Arlo VMB3010 cameras given to me.  I have been using them to keep an eye on my aging dogs when I’m not home.  I had video clip storage so I could go back and see what happened, if anything.  I could also make sure the dog sitters were showing up as promised.  Last Friday, I suddenly had a  whole new app and a 21 day trial Arlo Secure.  I was about to leave town.  It couldn’t have been a worse time.  I connected to my cameras, but had no video storage that I could figure out.  I have a security system, and don’t want these cameras to be a part of that.  I just want what I had before.

The VMB3010 is the base, not the cameras. You selected the Pro 3 cameras when you posted but I suspect you actually have the VMC3030 cameras (which use 4 CR123 batteries) or the original Pro or Pro 2 cameras.

Videos are found in Feed but you need to check Routines to ensure that the various modes have rules for the cameras as appropriate. You should also check the Automations section if you use schedules and/or geofencing to make sure those are correct. Here's an FAQ that should help you get started:

Cane you live view and manually record from the cameras to prove they work? There have been quite a few issues with legacy (Pro 2 and older) devices lately which probably won't be resolved since they are subject to the EOL policies.
