Unauthorised Charge (No Subscription)

Hi there, I just received an unauthorised charge but I am not an Arlo Customer. I am not able to reach out to customer service. Could someone please point me in the right direction

Start with your financial institution.  If you've never purchased anything from Arlo, then your payment method has been compromised.  Passwords on any other accounts or apps that have the payment method stored should also be changed.

 

One of the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - will create an Arlo support ticket on your behalf.  This could take a while, due to the Thanksgiving holiday in the US.  Don't google for a phone number, as that almost always leads to a scam support site.

I have reached out to supper regarding the charges you received, support will be reaching out to you as soon as possible. However, I do suggest reaching out to your financial institution, as these charges are generally from a compromised card.
