Unable to sign on to my account despite changing the password, clearing cookies.

I have a VMC 4030 Arlo camera which is 3 or 4 years old.  When I tried to sign on the my account yesterday there was a response that it did recognize my device.  I changed the password twice successfully but still no access.  The two step verification "pushed" a code but there was no place to enter it.  Does anyone have a suggestion of how to sign on?

Shayne,  I checked and do not find a space before or after my email address or password.  I assume that you were able to see the snapshot of my Arlo screen.  I tried to sign on to my Arlo account today and received again the notice that my device was not recognized, but this time the two factor authorization allowed me to open my account.  I then closed the account and tried to sign on again and was told that email address or password was not recognized.  But then I tried a third time and was successful.  In the past I have not signed out of my account and did not usually have to sign, but my old phone had touch id.  My new iPhone 13 has facial recognition but there was no sign up for it on entering the Arlo account.  My question now is whether I should not sign off after using the Arlo app.  Thanks so much for your help.  Ben Stafford

I solved one problem.  On my Dell PC 8900 the color of the boxes to enter the two factor authorization is almost identical to the background color and I did not see the boxes.  I have now successfully logged on with my PC.  However, when I use the Arlo app on my iPhone 13 (new device) it says that the same password which works on the PC is not accepted on the iPhone.  Very strange.

Do you happen to have a "Space character" hiding before or after your email address when inserted?
