Unable to see all cameras as grant access - Arlo Pro

My husband has the master account.  He has given me access to all four of our cameras.  All of a sudden I can not see the 4th camera and when I open the app, it will show me previous recordings but will not allow me to go live with any of the cameras.  I have deleted the app, re downloaded the app, turned my phone off and on.  We have also checked the master account and it shows green check marks next to all four devices but I still only see three.  Any help with be appreciated.

Try rebooting the base and your phone.
