Unable to login with Chrome for over 2 WEEKS on desktop

The app works OK, but I am unable to login on my desktop. It has been OVER TWO WEEKS! I updated my password, cleared history AND cookies, but nothing works. I am using Chrome. I tried Bing, and it worked once, but then it fails, too.

In what way is it not working?

Any error messages?

I know you said that you deleted the cookies but try this.

In Chrome go to 

chrome://settings/siteData

and delete the cookie for https://arlo.netgear.com/

then try again.
