Unable to connect to home kit

I am unable to connect to my apple HomeKit I go into setting > base station > then home kit. But I am not able to then proceed. Nothing else pops up.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

This did not work. When you hit the home kit icon. The discovery window opens but when it says devices found the wheel keeps spinning. Nothing loads.

Can you try removing and reinstalling the Arlo Secure app.

Hi unfortunately this also did not work. I even tried rebooting the base station after uninstalling and reinstalling the Arlo secure app. What should I do next to resolve my issue? Thank you for all your help.

I will continue to investigate this for you, but in the meantime you can try rebooting and re-installing the app again. This has resolved the issue in the past. Make sure you have the latest version 3.6.8 You can also try via a different iOS device as well.
