Just got an arlo pro system and have been trying to connect the base station to the app but can't seem to
please help, all the way from Nigeria

Since the system seems to be an old legacy one, we need to know 2 things:
1) What do the LEDs on the base station show?
2) Did the original owner remove all devices from his account before selling it to you? That's absolutely needed for you to be able to set up the system for yourself.
