I have read and tried all of the steps provided I found in similar threads about this, unfortunately nothing works. Even when my firewall is off or having my Base station connected directly to my Starlink router via ethernet, my camera's LED blinks Blue very fast "like it should" and the Base station sync does the same, but then nothing. All of this worked in the past. The ONLY THING that has changed is I upgraded to Secure Plus this week. Now nothing works. I see my system is EOL and can no longer get any type of support from Arlo, hence why I am here. Is there anyway to make this work?
Steps done:
1. Upgraded application to Secure Plus
2. Tried disabling firewall, rebooted both private router, Starlink and Arlo Base station. Same results
3. Tried using wifi app to locate devices, other than seeing how fast my internet is, it can't find anything
4. Tried connecting Arlo directly to Startlink, rebooted both, tried adding camera, LEDs blink and then nothing
Looks like Arlo servers won't allow me to add anything even though I have unlimited devices.
Suggestions other than upgrading equipment?

I think the base VMB4000 will not allow to connect any cameras unless they are already connected. I removed a camera from the base from the App and tried to connect it again and it will not recognize it, even though the camera blinks fast blue. But I can connect the other cameras if I just replace the batteries and tried connecting it without removing them from the App.

Hi, this appears to be a subtle way of hiding what is happening from the community, by suggesting private contact messaging.
I would like to following up from @kekiku , as to which kind of phone he used to activate his system successfully.
And @fubar2224 if using a Android phone was used successfully instead of an iphone15.
There is a wealth of information in this post that I thought would have, by now, already been submitted to members of the escalation team.

Or just a way for the escalations folks to get more first-hand information (logs, etc) while still respecting privacy.

I experienced the same issue with adding Arlo Pro cameras to the base station (VMB4000r3). I tried multiple times using the app on my iPhone and iPad, as well as through the web on a Windows PC, but none of these attempts were successful. I decided to try an older iPad Pro (iPadOS 18.1.1) that had never had the app installed. When I installed the app on that device, I was able to add the cameras with the 'Add New Device' button in the app.

@Aquilasteve due to privacy, I would not want users to put their contact information on a public forum.

Hi All,
Still waiting for my buddy with an android phone to drop by ( I live in a rural area). Otherwise, I am still having the same issue as documented in the original post.
BrookeN - the escalations team can look at this post and message me for more information if needed. Otherwise, I believe its on the server side, not the client side.
Cheers.

Hi All,
@OHAT , Good idea to try an older device and to find it worked.
Now your system is up and running, are you able to access it now from your other devices?
Maybe @fubar2224 you are able to try something like @OHAT did.
The more information the easier it is to get to the root cause.
