Unable to add base station device VMB 4000 to account

Changed ethernet router on home wifi and can't  get base station device added.  Error message---don't see base station when I go through steps to add it.  All worked before I changed wifi router.

If you didn't actually remove the base from your account, you don't add it again - it should just be there. However, we need to know what the LEDs on the base are showing - all 3 should be green. If the power or Internet LEDs are anything else we need to know.

 

Have you checked the Ethernet cable connections to ensure they're properly seated on both ends? You can also reboot your router and base, in that order to see if that helps.
