Sounds stupid but here go's, I can.t turn my arlo app off, when I the app icon its already on. sorry in advance

In the android or ios, just go to the settings for the app and clear the cache then do a force stop....

reboot your phone with the power button.

If this doesn't work , un-install and re-install app
