Trying to grant access to turn on/off alarms for family but not give them access/delete videos?

Trying to grant access to turn on & off alarms for family, but don't want to necessarily give them access to videos or deletion.  Any way to do this?

No. Read the FAQ here on what is allowed for both with and without the additional access. Just notifications isn't possible.
