I have had arlo pro cameras and base station for over a year. just moved the base station to new location without changing anything: no power or other cables disconnected. now tried to charge one of the cameras and get the "incompatible" charging cable message. i have charged all of my cameras several times since purchasing and using. no cable changes at all. how can this now happen and how can i fix it. clearly, without the ability to charge the cameras, this system is garbage. seems simple, right?

It is simple - either the charger or camera has an issue. Does the charger work on another camera? Have you tried another charger that supports Qualcomm QuickCharge and has both 5v and 9v outputs?
