Trying to add new Arlo Pro camera but firmware update will not go through.

Trying to add a 4th camera to the base and after pushing sync button it was stuck on the firmware update screen

Hey JD_SARTE,

 

Have you tried removing the battery from your Arlo Pro camera and re-inserting it back in and see if that helps?
