Dear Netgear

 

My ARlo camera has a terrible ticking noise in the sound.  Any idea what I can do to elominate that?

Is the ticking sound coming from when charging the battery?

If it is in the audio track of the video.... there were some hardware mo that may have issues...

 

Check the SW versio and HArdware model and contact Netgear Support
