The app says connecting to server.... stopped connecting over 16hrs ago

Can anyone advise what to do? 

All the cables are connected, there is power however when viewing the cameras on the app, they can't get past the screen that says connecting to server. It's been over 16hrs!

What LEDs are lit on the base and what color? Have you power cycled the base? Have you tried both the app and a browser?
